Consolidation: We can ship multiple parcels together under one tracking number in their original boxes. This helps save on shipping, especially for express services.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
Not all items are suitable for sending by post or courier. Some pose a risk to the safety of people and equipment and are therefore prohibited. You must check that your item is safe to send.
Your Responsibility & Liability
It is your responsibility to check whether an item is Prohibited or Restricted. What may appear harmless to you, may be restricted by law in the destination country.
If we find a Prohibited item, it will not be delivered and we will not refund postage costs. We may dispose of it, destroy it, or hand it to authorities. You may be held liable for any damages incurred by us.

Special Rules: Lithium Batteries
Car batteries or wet cell batteries are strictly prohibited. However, consumer electronics containing Lithium-ion batteries (phones, laptops) have specific packaging requirements:
- Maximum of 2 batteries, or 4 cells per parcel.
- Each Lithium-ion cell must be max 20 Watt-hours.
- Each Lithium-ion battery must be max 100 Watt-hours.
- The device must be switched off and packaged so it cannot move or be accidentally activated.
How do I package my item?
The general handling and transport processes are the same for all items. We cannot provide special treatment for items that are fragile, affected by temperature, or inadequately packaged. Sticking a "Fragile" label on a box is not sufficient.
The 1.2m Drop Rule
It is your responsibility to ensure that any item is well packaged and can withstand a 1.2 metre drop. Wrap items well, cushion the corners, and account for the fact that they may be dropped on an angle or placed upside down.

All information provided to us must be complete and accurate. You acknowledge that we will rely on the information you provide us for safety and valuation purposes.
You may not list an item and value for customs purposes, and then claim a different item or higher value from us if lost.
